In order to simplify the process of your accessing your holiday destination in Tenerife, we offer the following procedure to test for the SARS-CoV-2 virus (if you do not have a negative test with you).

According to regulations, to gain access to tourist accommodation in the Canary Islands, tourists over the age of 6 must present a negative COVID-19 test no older than 72 hours upon arrival. The test can be presented digitally or in paper form at the hotel or other tourist accommodation so that the tourist might move around the island unhindered.

1. If you have your flight details, you can e-mail them to us here: viktor@centro-salud.eu or send them to us via WhatsApp to this number: 0034 619 927 310, so that we may book an appointment for you depending on when you are scheduled to land and arrive at the clinic.
2. If you do not have a valid test then your first trip, for better of for worse, must be to take the test. The procedure (nose and/or mouth swab) and the evaluation and documentation take approximately 30 minutes.
3. Once you have departed the Tenerife South airport, please contact me personally on the following number: 0034 619 927 310, so that we can meet at the clinic (Carretera Botánico 17, Puerto de la Cruz, 38400) as quickly as possible.
4. The price of the test is 70,00 euros (per test).
5. If you go to your hotel/ tourist accommodation first, you will NOT be permitted to leave your room until you have a negative test. Should this occur, you may contact us and we will do our best to come to you to collect a sample (smear). This will be taken to our laboratory immediately and evaluated there. Only then will we be able to give you your certificate. To attend you outside our clinic, we will charge an extra 50,00 euros visiting cost on top of the 70,00 euros test cost.
6. All payments can be made in cash or by card and an invoice can be provided.

Furthermore, all tourists must download the COVID-RADAR-APP.

It must not be switched off during the entire holiday. The application must remain active for 15 days after your departure, including back in your home country.

Another SARS-COVID-2 test must be arranged 48 prior to returning home, preferably the day before departure. The price for this test is 70,00 euros (per test).
